UEC-03 integrated electro-hydraulic actuator — pump, motor, valves, and cylinder all in one housing. No external hydraulic power unit, no hose runs, no separate oil tank. You literally hook up power to the junction box, wire the solenoid, and it runs. Bore 40mm, rod 28mm, stroke 60mm, rated 10KN push and 10KN pull. Two-direction force output, not just one-way spring return.

Body is cast aluminum with vertical cooling fins along the manifold block — keeps oil temperature manageable during continuous cycling. Internal oil reservoir built into the housing, so there's no external tank to mount or leak from. Motor sits at the bottom end, grey painted with its own cooling ribs. Junction box on top of the motor, wiring comes pre-stripped with yellow/green, black, blue leads — ready for your electrician to terminate.

Two high-pressure hoses with red/white spiral marking connect the manifold to the cylinder barrel. These are short, integrated runs, not field-replaceable lengths — keeps the whole thing compact and leak points to a minimum. Solenoid valve block sits on the manifold with two black directional valves for extend/retract control. Electrical hazard stickers (yellow circle, red border, black lightning bolt) on each valve.

Cylinder barrel is black painted steel, rod has a clevis eye on the end with a hardened bushing pressed in. Standard clevis pin mount, easy to drop into existing linkage setups. Rod surface is hard chrome plated, wiper seal keeps contamination out.

Sealing inside: standard PU U-cup with NBR O-ring backup on the piston, double lip wiper on the rod end. Nothing exotic — parts are off-the-shelf and rebuildable with basic seal kits.

These get used a lot on automated gate valves, conveyor diverters, press clamps, automated welding fixtures, and marine hatch controls. Pretty much anywhere you need consistent push/pull force in both directions but don't want to run a full hydraulic power pack just for one or two cylinders.

Test on every unit: 20MPa hydrostatic for 3 minutes, then run 100 full cycles at 16MPa working pressure with load. Check for leaks at all fittings, hose crimps, and rod seal. Junction box ground continuity checked before it leaves the shop.
