Manufactured under ISO 6020/6022 dimensional standards with 200 mm plunger diameter and 2310 mm stroke. Barrel constructed from 27SiMn honed seamless steel tube, precision-bored and roller-burnished for surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μm.

Plunger rod in 45# carbon steel, inductively hardened to HRC 50–55, then hard chrome plated to 30–50 μm thickness with HV 800–1000 surface hardness. Salt spray resistance exceeds 96 hours (ASTM B117).

Sealing system: multi-lip V-packing set in PU/NBR composite, paired with double-action dust wiper and polyurethane rod buffer ring. Static seals use O-ring + PTFE backup ring configuration. Leak-free under rated pressure cycling per ISO 10100.

Middle flange mounting (MF3 type) with 8-bolt hole pattern, CN machined from forged 45# steel. End cap secured via high-tensile 12.9 grade hex bolts, torqued to specification. Threaded rod end connection accepts standard metric fine thread inserts.

Compatible with Rexroth CD/CG Series and Parker HMI Series mounting footprints. Interchangeable with DIN 24333 / ISO 6020-1 flange-type cylinders for retrofit applications.

Test procedure: each unit undergoes 1.5× rated pressure hydrostatic test (37.5 MPa) for 5 minutes, followed by low-pressure (0.5 MPa) full-stroke cycling to verify seal integrity and smooth operation. Test certificate included.

Suitable for: hydraulic press (vertical/horizontal), plastic injection molding machine clamp circuit, steel mill roll gap adjustment, die-casting machine ejector, waste compactor, and general heavy-duty industrial push applications requiring high thrust in a compact retracted length.
