MT4 trunnion mount with hardened steel pivot pins on both sides, pin diameter 25mm case depth 1.5mm, allowing cylinder to swing through 15-degree arc during load movement without side-loading rod bearings.

Trunnion block welded to barrel OD with full-penetration circumferential weld, post-weld stress relieved at 580 C for 2 hours, ultrasonic tested to EN 1714 acceptance class 2.

Compact bore 50mm with 225mm stroke, closed-center length under 500mm, fits into mill housing side-guard pockets where larger bore cylinders cannot be installed due to space constraints.

Piston fitted with glass-filled PTFE guide ring on full circumference, 3mm radial wall, prevents metal contact during trunnion pivot-induced barrel deflection under 49.1 kN full-load push.

Threaded rod clevis eye M24x2 standard, alternative rod end configurations available — spherical ball joint, cross-pin yoke, or metric fine thread stud — without changing cylinder envelope dimensions.

Lightweight design at 18 kg installed, one-person handling during mill maintenance shutdown, no lifting equipment required for removal and reinstallation in overhead positions.
