CGH1 double rod design eliminates the area differential inherent in single rod cylinders; both chambers produce identical 257.7 kN force at 250 Bar, giving equal push-pull speed without flow divider circuit.

Short 40mm stroke with MF3 round flange face mount delivers precise linear positioning; flange pilot diameter machined to H7 concentricity with piston rod axis, total indicated runout under 0.03mm at rod end.

Through-rod configuration allows external stroke sensing via linear transducer mounted on either rod end, supporting closed-loop position feedback without additional mounting brackets.

Both rod seals identical — single spare kit covers both end cap and head gland, reducing maintenance inventory. Wiper-scraper on both ports prevents contamination ingress in dusty mill environments.

Cylinder body O-ring boss ports standard; option for SAE 4-bolt flange or BSPP threaded ports for high-frequency cycling up to 0.8 Hz without fitting loosening.

End cushioning sleeved design with progressive throttling taper machined directly into rod collar, eliminating separate cushion bushings and reducing part count versus traditional approaches.

Applied in hydraulic press brake beam leveling, injection mold clamping plates, web guide rollers, die cushion actuation and any application requiring stroke-repeatable bidirectional force.
