End cap bolted flange design, sealed with O-ring + backup ring on spigot diameter, allowing field disassembly for seal replacement without removing the full cylinder from the mill housing.

Piston seal groove machined to ISO 5597 housing dimensions, accepting standard step seal and glide ring sets, interchangeable with aftermarket sealing elements from multiple suppliers.

Rod wiper housing fitted with snap-in metal-encased scraper, positive retention through 300 Bar back-pressure spike during mill pass direction reversal, no pop-out failure mode.

Two BSPP threaded service ports, check valve installed on rod-side port to prevent drift under suspended load when directional valve centers to tank position during emergency stop.
