  • Specialized 220/140-60 short-stroke configuration (220mm Bore / 140mm Rod / 60mm Stroke) designed to deliver immense clamping forces in confined spaces.
  • Features high-strength four-tie-rod construction using high-tensile steel to resist extreme repetitive pressure shocks.
  • Equipped with robust, low-profile MT1 head trunnion mounting (front trunnions) designed to manage massive pivoting and reaction loads.
  • The ultra-thick 140mm piston rod is induction hardened and hard chrome plated (30-50μm) for ultimate resistance to deflection and wear.
  • Sealed with premium metallurgical grade seal kits (Parker/SKF) for zero-leakage performance under high-frequency operation.
  • 100% mechanically interchangeable with standard Rexroth CDT3 MT1 series, perfect for rapid machine tool and press upgrades.
