The CDH1 MT4 heavy-duty Double acting hydraulic cylinder has the core advantages of high thrust, high rigidity, long service life, and modular design, making it suitable for applications in heavy industry that require extremely high reliability and performance. Its standardized installation interface (MT4) and rich customization options make it an ideal actuator for large hydraulic systems.
 
Bore diameter typically ranges from 100 mm to 300 mm or even larger, and can generate extremely high push/pull forces.
The piston rod has a thick diameter and strong anti buckling ability, suitable for long stroke (up to several meters) and high lateral load conditions.
The cylinder body is made of high-strength seamless alloy steel pipe, which has been quenched and tempered to ensure structural strength and fatigue life.
 
Hydraulic oil can enter the rodless chamber and the rodless chamber separately, achieving bidirectional controllable motion .
Provide more precise speed and position control, suitable for systems that require frequent commutation or stable load maintenance.
