The Challenge: The client, represented by Radomilka, required a heavy-duty cylinder capable of operating under high-pressure conditions in a thermal power plant environment. The specifications demanded a massive 250mm Bore and an 1800mm Stroke, with high safety factors.

The Guoyue Solution: Our engineering team designed a  250/180-1800 mill-type cylinder weighing 1129.60 kg.

• Operating Pressure: 25MPa (Working) / 31.5MPa (Test Proof).
• Design Precision: Every dimension was calculated to meet the specific mounting requirements of the power plant's infrastructure.
• Material Integrity: Induction-hardened 180mm piston rod with premium sealing for thermal resistance (-20°C to +80°C).

The Result: After reviewing our detailed technical assembly drawing (250/180-1800), Radomilka and the EFT Stanari team expressed high satisfaction with our design's robustness. The order was confirmed immediately, marking another milestone in Guoyue's expansion into the European energy market.
