CDH series hydraulic cylinders: a reliable source of power for heavy industrial applications

The CDH series (Cylinder, Double acting, Heavy duty) is a type of welded double acting heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder designed for high pressure, high thrust, strong impact, and harsh working conditions. Unlike common rod type oil cylinders such as the CDT series, the CDH series adopts an integral welded structure, with the cylinder barrel and front and rear end caps connected by high-strength welds, significantly improving the overall rigidity and anti eccentric load capacity.

This series usually complies with ISO 6020/1 international standards or domestic heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder industry specifications, and is widely used in industrial scenarios with extremely high requirements for safety and durability.

1. High strength welded structure
   Cancel traditional pull rods and adopt fully welded cylinder bodies, effectively avoiding the risk of vibration loosening, suitable for high impact and high vibration environments (such as forging, packaging, mining machinery).
2. High work pressure
   The rated working pressure generally reaches 21-35 MPa, and some customized models can reach 40 MPa. Under the same cylinder diameter, it can output greater thrust, improving equipment compactness and efficiency.
3. Large cylinder diameter and long stroke
   The cylinder diameter covers from Φ 80 mm to over Φ 800 mm, with a stroke of up to 3000 mm or even longer, meeting the diverse needs of large presses, lifting platforms, and pushing mechanisms.

   Equipped with a high-performance combination sealing system (such as seal+gasket+dust ring), it effectively resists dust, moisture, high temperature, and hydraulic oil pollution, greatly extending maintenance cycles.

   Piston rod: medium frequency quenching+hard chrome plating+mirror polishing (roughness Ra ≤ 0.05 μ m)
   Cylinder inner wall: deep hole boring+honing to ensure precise fit and low friction operation
6. Diversified installation forms
   Supports multiple installation codes (such as MP1, MP3, MP5, MF1, etc.), among which the MP5 type (with rectangular flange base) is the most common, making it easy to rigidly connect with heavy-duty racks and ensuring smooth operation.
