Yes. Our CD series is designed following ISO 6022 and DIN 24333, making it dimensionally interchangeable with standard series from Rexroth, Hydropneu, and other major brands.
What kind of cushioning is available for heavy-duty mill applications?

Can the CD cylinder work with high-temperature fluids in steel mills?
Yes. While standard seals handle up to 80°C, we offer specialized seal groups for water-glycol or phosphate ester fluids that can withstand continuous operation up to 150°C.
How do you protect the piston rod from harsh metallurgical environments?
Standard rods are induction hardened and chrome plated. For extreme corrosion, we offer double-chrome plating or ceramic coating (HVOF) to ensure maximum durability.
What is your testing protocol for these heavy-duty cylinders?
Every CD cylinder is subjected to a final inspection involving static pressure tests (1.5x PN) and full stroke functional tests to guarantee zero external and internal leakage.
