Product Description
The Hydraulic Cylinder for feeding plays an important role in the feeding process of industrial production
Differential cyclinderDifferential cyclinderOil cylinder buffering technology

The working essence of a feeding hydraulic cylinder is as follows: The Hydraulic pump supplies pressurized oil → the direction valve controls the oil flow path → the pressurized oil pushes the piston to generate linear motion → the piston rod drives the feeding mechanism to execute actions → the flow and pressure valves regulate the motion precision and force. This process enables automated and precise material handling, meeting the feeding requirements of different industrial scenarios.

  • Cylinder Barrel: A sealed cylindrical chamber inside the cylinder that contains hydraulic oil.
  • Piston Rod: Connects to external loads (such as material pushing plates or lifting platforms) to transmit mechanical power.
  • Piston: Divides Sleeve type telescopic oil cylinder barrel into a rod chamber (on the piston rod side) and a rodless chamber (on the side without the piston rod). It drives the piston rod to move through the pressure difference of hydraulic oil between the two chambers.
  • Seals: Prevent hydraulic oil leakage, ensuring effective transmission of pressure energy.
