Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cylinder / Mill Type Cylinder / CDH1 MP5 / ISO 6022 / 250 Bar / Industrial Hydraulic 

  • Manufactured in accordance with ISO 6022 and DIN 24333 international standards.
  • In bore sizes from 40mm to 320mm available.
  • This specific unit features an 80mm bore with a 45mm rod diameter and a 140mm stroke.
  • Rated working pressure is 250 Bar (25 MPa), with a maximum static test pressure of 375 Bar.
  • Heavy-duty bolted flange construction designed for extreme impact resistance and easier field maintenance compared to tie-rod cylinders.
  • MP5 mounting style equipped with self-aligning spherical bearings at the rear clevis to compensate for angular misalignment and prevent side-loading on seals.
  • Piston rod manufactured from high-tensile C45 steel, induction hardened and hard chrome plated with a thickness of 30-50μm (surface finish Ra ≤ 0.4μm).
  • 100% interchangeable with Rexroth CDH1, Parker, and Eaton mill-type series in all mounting dimensions.
  • Sealing system utilizes multi-lip NBR or Viton seals combined with heavy-duty metal-cased wipers for foundry, steel mill, and mining environments.
  • Stroke options available from 10mm to 6000mm depending on bore size.
  • Ambient temperature range from -20°C to +80°C (up to +150°C with specialized Viton seal kits).
  • Piston design features bronze-filled PTFE wear rings to prevent metal-to-metal contact and extend service life under high-frequency operation.
